Questions about pricing and setup
Does the technician app work without internet?
Yes. Technicians can open their jobs, take photos, record materials and collect signatures with no network. Everything syncs when the phone is back online.
Do my technicians need expensive phones?
No. The technician app runs in the browser on any recent Android phone and can be added to the home screen like a normal app.
How do my customers pay?
Each invoice can include a Paystack or Flutterwave payment link. You can also record bank transfers and cash payments.
Can I try OgaSite before paying?
Yes. Book a demo and we will set up a trial account for your company and help you import your customers and items.
Is my data safe?
Each company’s data is kept separate, connections are encrypted, and the database is backed up daily. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Can you train my staff?
Yes. Onboarding includes setting up your account and training your office staff and technicians.
