These terms apply when you use the OgaSite website and software, provided by Lucalmhub Limited (RC 8760396). By using OgaSite you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your company’s account.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in naira. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your data

The business data you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use OgaSite for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to try to access other customers’ data.

Availability

We work to keep OgaSite available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during maintenance.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
