This policy explains how Lucalmhub Limited (RC 8760396), the company behind OgaSite, collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

Data we collect

• Details you send through our forms: name, company, phone number, email, business type and message.
• Account data when you use the OgaSite software, such as users, customers, jobs and invoices you enter.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website working and improve it.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo or contact request.
• To provide, support and improve the OgaSite service.
• To send service messages about your account. We only send marketing messages if you agree.

Lawful basis

We process data based on your consent, to perform our contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run OgaSite (for example hosting, email, SMS and payment providers), under agreements that protect your data, or when the law requires it.

Storage and security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, each company’s data is kept separate, and backups are made daily. We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
